गुरुवायूर केशवन 🐘🙏 | भगवान का भक्त गजराज | एकादशी की सच्ची कथा

1922 में नीलांबूर के वलिय राजा ने मन्नत पूरी होने पर एक नन्हा हाथी गुरुवायूरप्पन को अर्पित किया। वही बच्चा आगे चलकर भगवान का प्यारा केशवन बना। (In 1922 the Valiya Raja of Nilambur offered a little elephant to Guruvayurappan when his vow was fulfilled. That child grew up to be the Lord's beloved Keshavan.)

तिडम्बु उठाने के लिए पुजारी के आगे घुटने टेकने वाला हाथी, दूर से अकेले चलकर गुरुवायूर लौट आने वाला हाथी, 1973 में "गजराजन" की उपाधि पाने वाला हाथी। 1976 की एकादशी को उसने आख़िरी बार सूँड़ उठाकर भगवान को प्रणाम किया और विदा हो गया। (The elephant who knelt before the priest to carry the thidambu, who walked back to Guruvayur alone from far away, who was given the title "Gajarajan" in 1973. On Ekadasi in 1976 he raised his trunk to the Lord one last time and left.)

आज भी हर गुरुवायूर एकादशी पर मंदिर के हाथी केशवन की प्रतिमा के सामने खड़े होकर उसे याद करते हैं। (Even today, on every Guruvayur Ekadasi, the temple elephants stand before Keshavan's statue to remember him.)
